FAQ: ITGO crashes when I.....
A. ITGO is a very light and stable App. However the iPhone is a computer and like most computers needs to be power cycled, i.e. switched off and back on, at least once a day.
If in the unlikely even ITGO crashes, it is most likey because you have not swtiched your phone off and back on in a long time.
Is it possible to put in 120s as an Interval?
Yes, you can set your slow intervals to 120 seconds with the right combination of Interval settings and Ratio. For best flexibility you will need the premium upgrade.
Set the ratio to Flip eg 2:1, 3:1, 4:1
interval set to 60 sec and ratio set to 2:1. This will give you a 60 second fast interval and 120 second slow interval
interval set to 40 sec and ratio set to 3:1. This will give you a 40 second fast interval and 120 second slow interval
interval set to 30 sec and ratio set to 4:1. This will give you a 30 second fast interval and 120 second slow interval
interval set to 24 sec and ratio set to 5:1. This will give you a 24 second fast interval and 120 second slow interval
interval set to 12 sec and ratio set to 10:1. This will give you a 12 second fast interval and 120 second slow interval
Turn your phone off and back on. This solves pretty much all potential issues.
ITGO'S operation is based around three main screens; the Timer, Settings and Audio screens.
Users start by selecting their session workout time, the fast interval duration and the slow/fast interval ratio. Users can also choose to switch the vibration alerts on or off on this page.
Next, users can switch to the Audio page to select music from their onboard iPod library for the separate slow and fast playlists. The Audio page also includes options to choose audio prompts, select the playlist play mode and volume settings for the prompts and music.
Finally users switch to the Timer screen and after selecting a warm up and cool down length from zero to 3 minutes, start their workout. ITGO's timers then count down the intervals in circular segments and displays individual numerical timers for the fast and slow intervals and total session duration as well as the currently playing song and provides double vibration alerts at each interval change.
The music playlists can be set to shuffle, repeat or just play in order.
The TIMER screen displays your progress for total session time and current fast/slow interval time.
