Premium features and benefits include:

1. RATIO - The new default max Ratio is 1:6 however ITGO now has an adjustable Ratio from 1:1-20. This higher ratio is accessed by double tapping the ratio button and selecting “Value” to numerically enter the ratio value from 3 to 20. ITGO then gives you a choice of either 1:1, half the maximum value and the maximum value. For example a maximum ratio value of 10 would show as 1:1, 1:5, 1:10. Again, double tapping the ratio and selecting Flip will allow you to flip the slow and fast interval ratios.

2. INTERVAL LENGTH
ITGO now features more flexible intervals from 4 seconds to 90 seconds.

3. COUNT IN BEEPS
ITGO now counts in four multi-beeps before interval changes in all modes. This will alert you to the fact the interval is about to change and may come in handy if you are listening to podcasts for example where the audio may not be set to change between intervals. Engage the Beep feature by selecting Beeps in the Sounds page.

4. END OF WORKOUT SESSION PROMPT
ITGO now has an end of workout session audio prompt

ITGO will run on all iOS 3 and higher devices.  When running ITGO in the background on iOS 4 devices, ITGO will pause your workout and resume right where you left off when you return to it!

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or interval training is an exercise strategy that has been scientifically proven to be one of the most effective forms of cardiovascular exercise for burning fat in a short and intense workout. In a recent study, the American College of Sport Medicine concluded that interval training may be "particularly critical for improving cardiac function." (1) Sessions typically vary from 15–30 minutes with intervals being 2:1 ratio in terms of time. Typically, jogging for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds sprinting. But systematically measuring these intervals without a personal trainer or cardio machines if you are jogging, cycling, rowing or using machines without automatic programmes presented a problem that is now addressed by ITGO.
